The first appointment Dr. Hammes took scans of my back and refused to adjust me without seeing the scans first. So I came back the next day for the consultation and explanation of the scans. This is when he told me how much my treatment plan for 90 days would cost. He told me if I paid upfront it would be cheaper than sending it into insurance. This seemed odd to me because the cost of visits at Total Health were MUCH more expensive than any other chiropractor I’d ever been to. Since I had 2 more free visits left I decided to continue with the treatment. I came back a few days later to be adjusted. I was put in a room with 4 other people with a curtain between us. It took about 2 min of adjusting and then he was on to the next client in the same room. I paid $45 to see Dr. Hammes for 2 min with no explanation as to what he was doing. My back was also very sore after every visit which I expected. After almost a month of adjustments I felt worse after adjustments then I did before ever going to see Dr. Hammes. After this I could not justify paying $45+ every visit 2 times a week.

Best chiropractor everrrrr! The staff are great too!
