My 5 year old daughter and I are having a blast enjoying all that Kindred Fitness has to offer. The kids classes are fun and adorable. Candlelight Yoga is amazing. I’m thrilled to become a member of this studio.

I love this fitness club. I've done a few yoga classes, so far and was very happy. And just took a 'pound' class (drumsticks/ movement ) and it was a lot of fun.
