This is quite truly one of the worst experiences I've had with a business in years, and it is only because there is absolutely no recourse for even a PARTIAL refund that I am finishing out the terms of my service there, because it was very much a non-insignificant portion of my income that I had saved up for a while to treat myself. Deceptive pricing, and overall slimy vibe.
