The Megaformer is EXCLUSIVE to CORE•OLOGY in Lake Norman. It is the most innovative approach to full body conditioning. Every move is done at high intensity, but is low impact. It will be one of the hardest workouts of your life. Your body will shake, muscles will scream, and you will sweat, ALOT!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Every 50min workout session has a max capacity of 10 clients. Allowing you to have a personal trainer motivate you while queuing you into the move and correcting your form. There is upbeat music and clients around to help push yourself.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The owner lives by the motto, "Be The Best Version of You." All the coaches live by this same motto and love to help clients accomplish their goals. This workout will challenge you both mentally and physically and will not harm your joints or muscles with it's low impact nature.
What do you love most about your job?
Our community. Our clients. Witnessing those accomplish their milestones and become the best version of themselves. The workout never gets easier, you just get stronger.
