What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
All classes are choreographed to hit music, and led by top notch instructors with years of coaching experience. It is our goal to teach your child gymnastics, cheerleading, and dance while having fun. Our motto is, "All work and no play is no fun at all!".

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Gymnastics and Dance lay the foundation for all sports movements and skills, and is often used as a cross training sport for football, baseball, swimming, diving, and cheerleading. Gymnastics offers physical and non-physical benefits such as strength, flexibility, coordination, and self confidence.
What do you love most about your job?
I have been coaching for over 20 years, and in that time I have shared the fun world of gymnastics with hundreds of athletes. Some of them turned out to be state and national gymnastics and cheerleading champions, and some of them just learned how to do a cartwheel; either way I love my job!
