What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
B.B.U is beyond fitness it's tapping into your inner self, finding a balance and rewiring how we view fitness and nutrition. B.B.U has created a platform of learning with our monthly workshops, seminars, blood pressure/glucose check-ups done by our RN to keep our students on track.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fitness is a journey and there is no expiration date. It is a physical, mental and spiritual transformation. Finding that purpose, passion and drive that will lead to a happy balanced life style. B.B.U was founded upon educating our students in rewiring their Mind Set in a positive environment.

What do you love most about your job?
I'm in a feel good, make a change and Impact people's lives business. Everyone is powerful beyond measure and it's my duty as a coach to make sure my students are encouraged, motivated, uplifted and praised for their hard work. My purpose is to help others become 1% Better Everyday.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
At the end of every class we do stretching as a form of recovery. As class is winding down I discuss a story from Todd Durkin's WOW book and how it applies to us in our daily lives. A student later approached me and said that my passion is not only through teaching but also through my words.
