What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My training style is very different from other trainers because I focus on "functional" exercise movements rather than body parts. This trains the body in a way that not only will look good, but be pain free as well as perform stronger and better!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
RESULTS! I get people to their goals and add value to every training session, I genuinely enjoy what I do and it shows in how I conduct training. Clients don't stay with me because of some long term contract they were pushed to sign by a pushy salesmen, they come back because they love my training.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Previously working at a big corporate gym, it was so frustrating how expensive it was for people to have the opportunity to train with a professional, and also making less than 25% of what clients paid.Being able to make training more affordable while also making more doing it was only logical.

What do you love most about your job?
I've had a passion for fitness since I was 13. I knew by then I wanted to be a trainer and run my own business. I have the unique opportunity in this field to change and improve the lives of those I get the opportunity to work with. It was a no brainer to do what I love and earn money doing it.
