I went there and they did not have me on the schedule for my services. I was told I would have to reschedule and they didn't even try to compensate me for their error or my time. I'm not at all impressed with the experience.

The main nurse was very rude to me and asked me how any of the businesses are going to make any money if i keep "groupon shopping" since i told her that it was not my first time getting lazer hair removal through groupon. She kept urging me to purchase more services and i kept refusing. I was very dissapointed with the way I was treated and if i did not already previously pay for five more sessions, I would never step foot in that office again.

They redeemed coupon without giving me service yet. I have an appt which they cancelled and rescheduled me until end of January but redeemed the voucher already. I don't think that was ok
