What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My services are more than just a workout. I focus on using my education to build a customized program based on your needs while helping you move better,look better and be stronger.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Each person is different and I always figure out why my clients started their fitness journey and use those motivations that they told me in the beggining to keep my clients on track and stay accountable! P.S. My clients tell me I need to learn to count so you may be doing an extra 2 reps :)
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
This is my passion. I have held every corporate position in a gym and now I am finally doing what I love. Helping people through fitness to transform their life!
What do you love most about your job?
I love the journey. Yes the results are great the end is great but I love the process of beginning to end. Most of all I love the relationships that I get build.
