Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I had to ask where do I get skates, where do I put skates when done, what rink do we go on, etc etc.

easy to use Groupon and fun to skate. only downside is open skate hours are limited 2:30 - 4 M-F

We had a wonderful time and it was not crowded at all. Skates for the little ones even had Velcro straps which was a bonus for easy on easy off. Loved that the facility was outdoors!
