The first facial I did was great, but I purchased two and can't seem to get ahold of anyone to schedule the 2nd one I paid for. When I called today it went to voicemail and stated that it was a hospital. Disappointing that I don't get what I paid for.

One of the worst facials I've ever had she spent forever doing the same move over and over never covered my eyes getting product into them and talking forever about her daughter and how instafamous she was it was really quite a bore I couldn't wait for the service to be over and it is few and far between I've ever been in that position I would not recommend going there and I will never go again
