my dog Duffy loves this place and he loves the staff. he gets sad if he doesn't get to go for a hour or two at least once a month. only place i would leave him over night and so a fordable and he gets to have a buddy spend the night with him if we want which we always do and it doesn't cost extra for him to play with the other dogs when boarding. they pay very good attention to all the dogs we love Bruo's

This was the first time we had boarded our dog and other than being really glad to be home, she seemed to have survived unscathed. The staff seemed nice enough, except when picking up there was some confusion on the charges and redeeming the Groupon- a 2 night for $24 stay somehow ended up ringing up at around $70- turns out the were trying to charge us for another dog who had stayed an extra night. We got it straightened out, but the clerk was a little insistent that she was correct until she actually realized her mistake. It ended up costing us nothing but the bath. We may use again but might try a different location next time, just depends. I would have appreciated a little more feedback about how the stay went, how she did, if there were any issues, etc., but I guess you get what you pay for. The girl at checkout just kept insisting that she hadn't been there all weekend so she didn't know what was going on as far as the charges, and the bather didn't really look like she was having a good time. The guy who took her in for the temperament test was super nice though and acted like he actually really liked dogs, which was nice.
