It has been a very positive experience in learning overall body health. I signed a membership after my Groupon was over.

Great workout in an encouraging and motivating environment. I like that each activity has modifications that can be done on an individual basis depending on a person's personal goals and abilities.

I enjoyed the class. Unfortunately the times for the class aren't very flexible with my schedule. I'm sure I'm not the only one. Being that there is one location, you should offer more than one class in the evening. There's really only 2 in the morning & 1 @ 5:30 in the evening. It's really hard for me to make a 5:30 class on time when I don't get out of work until 5 & I'm on the other side of town. I also live on the same side of town i work, so the location just wasnt ideal for me. That's why I stopped going. I felt rushed @ work to get to class on time b/c it wasnt exactly around the corner from me. If there was a class offered @ 6 or 6:30, it might be easier to make it. And you should also consider offering classes on other days as well. Not everyone wants to work out the same days & times. There's nothing offered on the weekend & I'm sure a lot of ppl would go if it was offered. I know I would. I really did enjoy the classes, & I would recommend it, it just wasn't very flexible w/class times & my schedule. I would love to be able to come back someday if that were to change. One more suggestion: I know that price means a lot to some people, myself included. The cost per month I found to be considerably high compared to other gyms or fitness places. I can join the Athletic Club that is 2 minutes away from work & home, spend less than $100 a month on a membership, have a very wide range of classes & activities offered that I can choose from. Not to mention a lot more amenities. I can't rationalize spending in upwards of $150 a month for a 3-6-or Yr package for your place when I have a hard time w/location & time - if I can join a full gym for half the cost that's a block away from me & has more to offer. It's not in my budget & had it not been for the Groupon to try you out, I probably would not have come. I simply just cannot afford it. Perhaps you might look into the cost to try to make it more economical for more ppl & you might have a better turnout. Just some suggestions. Overall it was an enjoyable class, I just think your potential for increased business is there if you had more choices & the price was better. I only got to go for a week before it started feeling more like a chore to get out of work & beat traffic to get there & enjoy the workout for 30 minutes before I had to turn around & drive all the way back home in traffic again. Thanks for the tryout though!

From Our Editors

For Adam Farrell, college wasn’t a time of personal enrichment, but of unhealthy living. Once the young undergraduate student became dissatisfied with the party lifestyle he was leading in college, he began exercising regularly. He found that, unlike the quickly dissipating pleasures of pizza dinners and games of donut-glaze pong, exercise helped him cultivate the overall happiness and confidence he sought. He soon realized that he had both a passion and knack for personal training.

Ten years later, Farrell is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, a well-established personal trainer, and the owner of his own fitness facility. Aided by a staff of fellow fitness aficionados, he conducts boot-camp programs and athletic-performance-enhancement camps, leading high-intensity, circuit-style workouts that aim to slim physiques, tone muscles, and boost metabolisms. The trainers scale these workouts to accommodate clients of all athletic abilities and accommodate restrictive issues, including injuries and deep-seated fears of working out in mismatched gym socks.
