Heather has agreed to our 11:00 AM appointment. She then texted me at 9:00 am wanting to come the same time… I expected for her at 11:00, as I am in a meeting.
She NEVER showed up, never picked up my call, never texted me, yet marked my voucher as redeemed. She took $92 from me without services rendered. FRAUD! Avoid her unprofessionalism and services at ALL cost!
