First, the positives: - Sandy is a very nice person with great service. - Offers you a beverage and a warm blanket too. - The eyelashes themselves are very nice. And I have had eyelashes done before, so I would rate the LOOK about a 7/10. Now the negatives: - The chair can be uncomfortable after a while. Especially at the back of your neck/base of your skull. I would suggest they have a small pillow for client's head. - Unfortunately, the amount of eyelashes applied on each eye does not appear equal. There are some missing on the end of one eye which lend to an uneven appearance. - The worst: the lower lash eye guard somehow cut into my cornea of my lower left eye ball. My eye is still red after 2 days. So I will have to see an eye doctor to make sure that it is not infected. So because of this, I won't be going back for the fill. Would I recommend them to my friends or family right now? No. But I do see that there is talent that needs to refined in order for a safer experience.
