I’m a very satisfied customer. I bought this certificate from Groupon expecting the cleaner will give me some excuses to either make me pay extra or try to upsell me. But I got none. The guy just happily took my clothing articles and accepted the groupon certificate, no fuss. I felt guilty afterward because I think he’s actually losing money on my transaction.
