Great 1st Experience! Never taken a Barre class before, and due to illness haven't been able to exercise in quite awhile, so had reservations about what would be involved. Never needed to worry! Erikas class eased me into it just right. Fantastic way to get yourself moving and an all-around workout. Works for all fitness levels and you are encouraged to work at pace that gives you the most impact.

Do not go here biggest waist of my money their pound class gives you a headache and there barre / AAA class the instructor hold her phone through the whole class and you can’t hear her . I would give them a -0 if that was possible and say STAY AWAY !!!!!
