Noah Hodgin has a longstanding love for fitness. Beginning when Noah competed on his high school's and college's wrestling teams, it continued to grow as he cared for his grandparents and when right elbow surgery caused him to struggle with weight issues of his own. But his passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals never wavered, which prompted him to professionally offer his services as a certified personal trainer. With more than 15 years of experience, Noah develops individualized exercise programs and nutrition plans in several fitness areas, including muscle endurance, strength training, and overall conditioning.
