At Brutal Republic, routine is the sworn enemy of success. The coaches keep boredom at bay with an ever-changing array of workouts, each of which incorporates elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and cardiovascular fitness. If there is one constant, it's that they take the program seriously and expect their students to do the same. Of course, every workout can be scaled to different fitness levels, so participants never find themselves lifting more weight or shot-putting a bigger car than they can handle.
