It took me forever to get an appointment. They don't respond when you say you got a groupon. So I had to contact a representative to take care of it. But nails turned out amazing.

They are NEVER available for an appointment. My girlfriend called at least 4 different times, and they said they were booked for weeks in advance.
When I called Groupon to get a refund, I never got my money back even though they said they will investigate and contact me. Lies!
