Manny Aragon knows a thing or two about chronic pain: he used to suffer from scoliosis before he discovered the wonders of structural integration. Now a board-certified practitioner of the practice, Manny helps others resolve pain that seems to defy all other treatments. Alongside his team at The Rolf Workshop, he specializes in fixing debilitating injuries in the back, neck, feet, knees, hips, and shoulders.
As a holistic technique, structural integration aims to re-balance the entire body instead of focusing on a single part of it or wrapping a few inches of it in band-aids. The team at The Rolf Workshop draws on its collective background in martial arts, yoga, and the Rolf Method of structural integration to come up with solutions to each patient's unique problems. But it's not just patients who reap the benefits of this approach: the staff members readily use it on themselves, too.
