I went for prenatal yoga. I always felt so welcome and cared for! The instructors are deeply knowledgeable and caring. This place was not a trendy yoga studio, but more of a place where you can deepen your practice, get in touch with your energy and learn to meditate.

I Really like this place its very personal and inviting. I took the prenatal yoga class and love it! Diane is very knowledgeable and she really helped me.
