The young lady that waxed me was great and professional!!! It had been awhile since I got waxed so I was a bit weary or the pain ahead and a bit ashamed because it been sooo long she made me feel very comfortable to come back! The best part I wasn’t sore at all or in as much pain from how long the hair had gotten she knew exactly what she was doing to not have me in pain very grateful for her!!!!

She was friendly, the environment was welcoming and clean. She did a great job and it went fast.

Let me start off by saying that i do not understand how this place has such good reviews. I went here as a last min thing and was excited reading how good this place supposedly is. I was very disappointed with what i got. First of all, a "full Brazilian wax" should never last less than 7 mins. It is in quotations as i did not get a Brazilian(which i paid for), more like a bikini wax if anything. Secondly, they wanted to charge extra for everything that should be considered in region. I know this as this has been my third time getting it done, but sadly no appointments were available at my usual spots. It was an awkward 7 mins at that, she did not say one word to me other than lecturing me about letting it grow too much as if a pandemic was not happening at the moment and i could just go whenever. I also found it rude to open the door as she was done and not letting me change prior to it. She told me that no one else was in the building afterwards, but how would i have known that and still privacy please. lastly, i have bruises and burn marks all over, which has never happened before. UNPROFESSIONAL. I understand this sounds like a good deal but trust me it is not worth its.
