Worst place ever, the customer service reps there were not as inviting, they also deleted our footage after we asked them to keep it for us. They were very rude and I wouldn't consider ever using the services again. Was not a good experience for our whole group coming from different parts of the world to Los Angeles to experience a bad time.

These guys are great. The other person who was jumping when I was, a lady who had recently lost her husband and decided to finish every thing listed on her bucket list. Ohh she was well into her 70's. It was great to witness all of this. That lady truly left a great impression on me.

Worst Experience, they don’t care about your schedules pr calendars. They will simply cancel your reservation without even calling you. They just dont care.
