I love the store, so much to choose from and it's nice to see a boutique located in the middle of nowhere,

I purchased the Groupon only to find out the merchandise I wanted to buy could not be bought with the group. I bought the embroidered tea. Then it took eight weeks to come in. I think she had it and didn't give it to me purposely because I was upset about not being able to use the Groupon. The owner Is not professional and speaks with customers with an attitude. I was treated less then because I wanted to use a group versus being treated with respect. I honestly was so displeased with the owner. The product was very nice.

I reccommended you strongly to all of my family and friends after using my groupon, however, I was embarrassed when they went to your store and were treated very unprofessionally. They will no longer shop there. When I used my groupon I talked with the owner about a special order product for my sister's wedding, I was told to send her in with a color sample and that a special item could easily be made. Sadly this was not the casne! The owner was 30 minutes late opening the store and then was unwilling to help my sister with the special order she was looking for or to find something in store that might work instead. The whole experience was unpleasant and she left very upset. This is no way to start a business!

Needs better customer service and store is so so, expected a more high end store. Over priced
