The spa was exceptional. The staff were great, and the atmosphere was amazing.would definitely come back.

Receptionist was nice. I did facial and couples massage for 50 minutes. The place has metered parking $1 per hour. Free after 5. The masseuse I had was soft handed so I didn’t feel much but my boyfriends masseuse was very more firm. I wish his lady. The facial in my opinion was the best part. Very relaxing. At the end there was $12 service charge and tip is 18% per masseuse

Great place, very clean. Very quiet and relaxing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the masseuse wore gloves which was irritating. I didn't know until after that I could've asked her to take them off.

I was very disappointed with this Groupon experience. I had purchased a "50-Minute Couples Anti-Stress Massage with Essential Oil" option. 1. The only positive thing was the booking process since it was easy to book the appointment over the phone and the text confirmation was sent to me quickly. 2. Although the Groupon says it's "EVIVE Spa - Cranford", they sent me to another location in Springfield which is 20-minutes away. If I hadn't noticed it in the text message and just followed the address on the Groupon, I would have DEFINITELY showed up at the wrong place. (BE CAREFUL!!!) 3. The place looked nothing like the pictures shown on the listing!! I was expecting those Himalayan salt brick walls with warm lighting for a relaxing ambiance. As you can see in my picture, the room had a regular painted walls. 4. The massage therapists were talking in Chinese to each other multiple times during the massage, and one of the ladies was going in and out of the room 2 times in the middle of the massage without explaining to me what's going on. 5. Massage skill - This was the part that I was most disappointed with, surprisingly. Even though the location was different and the room did not have the Himalayan salt bricks, if the ACTUAL massage was great, we would have walked out of the place pretty content and probably would not leave a long review like this one. However, the massage technique was NOT very professional at all. The way she handled the towel in between massaging different parts of the body was very abrupt and didn't feel gentle at all. Also, when she was massaging the head & the feet, it felt like I was being massaged by a person who doesn't have any prior experience. Once again, I was very disappointed with this experience and would not return.
