So Carissa was very nice and gental putting on my lashes. I told her I've never had them and she gave instructions for care and sent me home with an eye lash brush and what types of wipes to use for makeup removal (Neutrogena). I went home did not use any makeup and by the end of the day at least 5 lashes from my right eye and 2 from the left had fallen out. I texted Carissa to see if it was normally and she responded quickly saying no and told me she text tomorrow to see when she could fit me into her schedule. The next day 4 more lashes fell and she text me with a 12 noon appointment and I told her I'd be at work and couldn't make it but gave my availability. She never responded. Everyday my right eye would lose 2-3 lashes and left 1. Upon research I found out that mink lashes can weigh down the real lash and may not stay. Sable might have been a better choice for me. I just wanted to say Carissa if you are a professional why wouldn't you have stated this from the beginning and recommended a sable lash for me? Communication is key and she certainly lacks that in her business.
