What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Dave Kohut has been teaching guitar for 18 years, has two degrees in music education, and is an Illinois Certified Teacher. Dave uses the most up to date technology and pedagogical techniques to ensure that each students receives the best possible experience. Skype/Facetime lessons also available.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
The student simply needs to bring their instrument, any books/materials they have, and a positive attitude.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Music has given me countless opportunities and wonderful experiences in life. My goal in starting Dave Kohut Guitar Instruction is to provide students with an opportunity to experience the same joy in life that music has given me.

What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing students accomplish their musical goals and grow as musicians as well as people. The excitement I see in my students faces when they accomplish one of their goals is priceless and is the reason why I teach.
