Founded in 2013, Illinois Public Safety Training Group (IPST) has grown to become one of the areas leading providers of concealed carry and self-defense training programs. Called for my VOUCHER NUMBER so they could get that MONEY from Groupon BEFORE you go to the class, the class was not able to ACCOMMODATE my disabilities and the lady at the desk told me that because the building was OLD that they didn’t have to ACCOMMODATE disabled individuals, but they took my money from MY GROUPON ACCOUNT, there are 100 million OTHER charges in order to take this class.

Hello Phoenix, Yes, we do need to redeem your Groupon Voucher to reserve your seat for class and when we do, Everything regarding the class is thoroughly explained including layout of parking, building, seating for class, etc. After you arrived for class, were seated and realized you wouldn't be able to continue class, we apologized for the inconvenience and simply said that, "Being it's an older building, it wasn't built with an elevator and unfortunately installing an elevator isn't our choice as tenants, that would be up to our landlord." Again, we apologize for your inconvenience and regarding the cost of your voucher, we've already made the proper arrangements for Groupon to refund you in full. Also, All THREE additional fees (text book, range fee, fingerprints) are stated in our ads and on our website. Thank you for your feedback and have a wonderful day.
