very helpful and accommodating

I paid $12.00 for a $20.00 coupon. When I arrived the cashier said I owed $28.00 plus tax. You do the math....it really wasn't a $48.00 cartridge for $20.00. I paid upfront $12.00 then $28.00 at the store. Total: $40.00, I saved $8.00. Same happened on a restaurant Groupon at Jim Edmond's restaurant. They must have saved the leftovers just for Groupon customers. I will not buy another one and I have told all my friends in person and via email, don't get taken. Unfortunately, I was too late, they too had similar experiences and will not buy again.

They went out of their way to satisfy me. The toner I needed was not available at the location I went to. The next day they had it in stock for me.
