This office lacks communication, professionalism & organization. One had no idea what the other was doing or what they were to do. I arrived, filled out forms & surveys, waited for about 20+ minutes. Dr came in talking about a procedure that I was not in for as he marked on a chart. Once I corrected the Dr, he spoke with staff. Brought additional forms & surveys I waited even longer. Was told to make an appt for the sculpsure. Confused as that was the reason for my visit, I was told it was a consult, despite being very clear when making the appt. I then was told the Sculpsure Dr was an out of office Dr. My Appt was for 12pm I left around 1pm. Came back at 330p to get the procedure. Was told to fill out same docs. Then to remove clothing, put paper shorts on. As a tripod was brought in, I stated that I Cleary checked the box for NO photos. Was told to put clothes back on. Not to metion the post op doc that should've been given prior to filling out docs was give AFTER..the woman was working backwards...Complete chaos to say the least...ignored my request for copies of the signed docs several times and my request to shred docs from earlier visit for incorrect procedure discussed by the male "dr"...However, the out of office female sculpsure doctor was prompt and very pleasant. It's been a short while since the procedure..about 3wks and I do not see results as of yet.

I did not go through with the service but the low rating is because they redeemed my voucher prior to my ever signing up and now I'm struggling to get a refund. I kept asking information in writing and they seemed really annoyed by that - wanting my credit card over the phone but no real documentation. I was very uncomfortable with the high price tag and lack of documentation in case something happen, so I walked away. If I get a refund, then I would change my review but until then I paid nearly $500 and received nothing other than sale pitch.

Great staff; Dr Anderson knowledgeable and supportive. Loved the B12 and Lipo injections.

I did not go through with the service and Groupon gave me a refund, however I am giving them a low rating for two reasons: 1) They redeemed my Groupon prematurely and I had to go through unnecessary measures to get my refund from Groupon. 2)I had also paid them directly for additional services. They refused to refund me the full amount back. The Doctor gave some BULLSH-T explanation for NOT giving me a full refund for a service I never got done! So NO! I would not recommend their business.
