Went for my initial visit to use my Groupon for an ombre hair color. The colorist did not color it the way I wanted it. He made it much darker then my natural color (Which he was supposed to leave on the top.) and did not look anything like the picture I showed him. After 1 week the color washed out and I was left with dark hair and no ombre. Went back to have it done again and he colored my hair bright red and black! My hair started out medium/dark blonde! Needless to say I had to have it redone by someone else at another salon to fix the mistake that was made. It's been over 6 months and I am still working on lightening my hair back up so that it lightens up in a natural looking way instead of damaging my hair further by having it bleached back to my natural lighter color. I would never go here again!
