What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We've developed 27 different 45 minute workouts with even more coming. The workouts are created by the F45 Athletics and Peak Performance Department from a database of over 3,000 different exercises, so our members never get the same workout twice.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our resident DJ at F45 HQ is always bringing the fire to help our members feel the burn with a unique music mix every day that matches tempo and energy of each day's custom workout. Once the beat drops, our expert staff will keep you powering through to make sure your movements are clean and lean!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My wife, Caite, and I have always prided ourselves in our ability to provide endless love to the world around us. There was no better way for us to extend our hands, strengthen our community, and bring like-minded people together than F45 Training Culver City. At the end of the day, you inspire us.

What do you love most about your job?
We love making a difference in our community any way we can. Whether it's donating to charity, flashing a smile, or training our clients, we want to see a studio and world full of inspired humans. We wake up every day because we are addicted to the journey to find the best version of you!
