What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I 've been a hairstylist in the Santa Monica / Brentwood area for 32 years. I enjoy all aspects of hair especially cutting , coloring, and styling. I feel very satisfied when my clients leave looking & feeling good about themselves . I take refresher courses to brush up my skills & learn new trends

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I used to fool around and cut and style my friends hair. One day a friend said to me "why don't you go to Cosmetology School?" A lightbulb went off in my head and I haven't looked back since.

What do you love most about your job?
I love to be creative and to work with people. I never liked sitting at a desk. I enjoy chatting and laughing with my clients while giving them a new and improved look. I also like educating people on how to care for their hair

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a new hilight & haircut client . When she left the salon she went to get gas in her car & a man tried to pick up on her. The same thing happened after the 2nd time she came in. She is a steady returning client. We laugh about it to this day.
