Ursula is amazing! Best haircut in a long time

It took over 5 hours to do my hair and they weren't honest with the pricing. When she was blow drying my hair, the hair got sucked up into the dryer and she had to rip it out and during color she stained my face!

I wanted to like this salon, but from the moment I walked in (on time too) Ursula, the woman who was doing my brazilian blowout, made me feel like a burden on her time. She was somewhat rude, more interested in her phone, facebook, and other stylists than me, and was also quite rough with the treatment even after I asked her to slow down and be gentler. I heard my hair breaking with her combing. I felt rushed through (no rinse even or masque), and given sub-par service and she only wanted to upsell me to other services/product. She seems to have conveniently 'missed' almost all the ends with the treatment too (which was my reason for getting it). :-(
