I unfortunately have to change my rating as Raquel is sweet and salon was clean however I have had many Keratin treatments and I would have to say this time around I was very disappointed at the results. I followed all the protocols instructed after treatments ( use Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, don’t wash your hair for atleast 72 hours,etc.) however my hair remained wavy. Disappointed
