,not easy to copy photos to computer, deleting any photos from Sony is slow no easy fast way

I bought 3 cameras a few months prior to Christmas for presents. Come to find out there is no flash on the camera. There was no notification at the point of purchase that there was no flash. The cameras were never used. $300 wasted.
