A very enjoyable day trip especially for train nuts--and families. The WMSR will soon be adding a historic steam engine. Wish the Groupon had expired on 10/30 instead of 9/30 but even without the fall colors, the scenery was still spectacular. Definitely GO!

We went with the Standard Coach option and liked it. The scenery was beautiful and the narrator was very helpful in giving us information about the tour. I gave it four stars because the time that the trip allowed us to be in Frostburg is only one hour. There wasn't enough time to explore the town and get lunch. We had to rush eating so that we could make it back on time for the train back to Cumberland. For anyone interested in going, I highly recommend Princess restaurant on Main St in Frostburg. It's a nice little classic diner and has wonderful food & services.
