Same thing happened to me. Never redeemed it but shows redeemed 27th December. Total confusion and working on refund rn!

NOT HAPPY -- I bought a Groupon to a place that doesn't exist and says temporarily closed. Right before the end of 2025, the Groupon showed that it has been redeemed. I am asking Groupon with this review to refund my money to Groupon Bucks. I couldn't access the having difficulty swction because it showed used. Generally I love Groupon but this is a problem. :(

Gyu-Kaku or Groupon used my token when this business has been shut down since Feb 2025. There was a potential it was reopening January 2026 which is why I purchased this offer; however I see my offer was marked used December 27th falsely, as the location has been shut down. I'd give this experience 0 stars if I could.
