Horrible experience. I went there for IPL facial. It was my first IPL treatment so I was a bit nervous. I expect Sandy to handle me with care but I was not given any consultation or instructions, no do's and don'ts was shared. No aftercare suggestions. All the time she was in super hurry. It was hardly a 15 mins process and I ended up paying close to $300. Completely unsatisfied.

The procedure for the semi-perm eye liner was painful but what bothered me the most was that the person said "well you should have taken a Tylenol or pain reliever before coming". It would have been nice if when making appt. that someone mentioned that! Also, it would have been nice to have someone go over the procedure with me before doing so I would know what to expect. I felt that because it was a groupon that it was one of those "get em in/out" treatments.
