Sweets from the Keweenaw, Grandville

I was enticed by the ad; "$160.00 turkey dinner for 8" by a caterer. What I got: * Instead of nicely sliced turkey, with gravy for the gravy boat, huge squares of white meat, (only found 1 of dark) oozing in gravy poured all over them, with a surprise underneath - pieces of something that resembled Spam!; a pan of frozen green beans - no seasoning, nothing; mashed potatoes that tasted like instant; rolls that he told me came from GFS; a pie that had machine-crimped crust; dry stuffing with very little flavor and mashed sweet potatoes that were good, but probably from a can. (We don't eat ham, so I paid $$$ for a few more bites of "turkey". I had "reservation." but had to wait at pick-up!

Turkey awfull. Some strange meat, looked like spam. Coconut on s. Potatoes. Tasteless green beans. Dry rolls. Pumpkin pie lousy. Directions to heat 30 min. WRONG! Food cold when ready to serve.

I was told the Groupon said there had to be a 72 hr window for orders which was untrue. There was no specific time listed on the Groupon. When picking up my order the owner forgot I was coming and laughing about it once he did arrive. I think the food was good, but your professionalism was poor and that is why I would not recommend your services.
