It is very difficult to punch a whole into the pod when pushing lever down. Only way to realize it isn't punched is when no expresso comes out. I'm finding it difficult to locate pods in retail stores. Overall, not very satisfied with the way it works -- seems very inconsistent -- even beyond getting the pod punched. How can I service it or get it replaced if it continues to be temperamental to operate?
