Because it is a hand car wash make sure you give yourself enough time because they do a thorough job.

I drove out of the car wash disappointed. My car was not cleaned that well: the side mirrors still had dirt on them, the rims were still dirty and the dashboard was not shiny.
I can barely smell the air freshener.
I shared my groupon for 3 car washes with my brother and he had the same experience - his car didn't come out that clean.
There are quite a number of car wash facilities around the city where I live and Paul's Car Wash is comparatively inferior in their service.
