Spent more time trying to upsale, then doing the facial...I was there a total of a half hour!!

the treatment offered on Groupon IS NOTwhat was provided. When I arrived I was told it did not include the Cutera FR as described on Groupon. Then they tried to upsell me for 45 minutes to a treatment for $1800, I refused. Multiple messages with a manager, claims this is Groupon fault and AI written . I really doubt this. I did receive 2 but not 3 microneedling sessions without Cutera FR. not what I bought. I should have a credit for the third session but now this manager tells Groupon I have used all three. I only received 2 treatments and they were not what described in Groupon. This is after they tried to upsell me to a Co2 aser for $1800. The upsale BS lasted 45 minutes, she would not go away. Even as I left she tried again. Worst experience ever and she has lied to Groupon and refuses a credit. DONT go there

I don’t normally write bad reviews but: I routinely get Microneedling at a plastic surgeons office. This service was horribly painful (no numbing) b/c I didn’t ‘upgrade’. My face still has little petechia spots & swelling 3 days later. It started w/ aggressive sales pitch pushing upgrades ranging from $269 to $1K. Not good or professional.

I was very pleased with the staff. They were very welcoming and helpful. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about which treatments would be best for me!!!!
