What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We teach traditional Taekwondo as created by the founder. We move students through the ranks based on skill and knowledge, we are not a belt factory . Every rank is earned. Our classes are family classes allowing parents and their children to train together making it a valuable family activity .

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Relax. Everyone starts as a Beginner. We have students of all levels in our classes. Because of our family atmosphere an our awesome instructors, you will feel welcome.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I trained in martial arts as a child and took a break as an adult. When my 11 year old daughter showed interest, it wasn't long before I was on the floor training with her and eventually earned my Black Belt. That led to a new passion that has stayed with me for the past 18 years.

What do you love most about your job?
I love making a difference in the lives our students and seeing them reach their goal of Black Belt. I am passionate about self defense and equipping our students with life saving skills. Seeing our students grow in confidence and character is very rewarding.
