I really enjoyed the atmosphere and people at this salon. Everyone was very nice. However, the stylist had never done the treatment she did on me before and messed up the process. I'm not a stylist but I had researched extensively about that particular treatment so I knew how it was supposed to be done and had to correct her. She did ask the owner a few times, which I'm completely fine with, but my suggestion is to let an experienced stylist do the treatment if you haven't done it before. It's a lot of money that I'm paying and I would expect it to be done correctly. As for what I got done, I can't really say with 100% certainty whether I'm happy with it because of the error in the way it was done. I would like to try the treatment again (done correctly) and then give my feedback on this treatment.

My haircut was not what I asked for. I had to have my hair cut at another salon just a week later to get the layers I originally asked for at Feathers.
