She’s amazing

It took 2 weeks of me continuing to call (no returned voicemails) for me to set an appointment 3 weeks out. The morning of my appointment, Kim text me that she was cancelling. When I text her my disappointment and told her I had a feeling it would happen due to the difficulty to communicate up to that point, she became rude and told me she didn't even need groupon users anymore cause she stayed pretty busy. I did receive a refund after a few calls to Groupon and will schedule a massage with a different vendor. Never had a bad groupon experience prior.

Kim is very professional in that she Thoroughly assess your body and targets Areas of need. It isn’t a “back rub.” The Room has a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.

Kim was awesome! I’ve had many massages and she definitely rate at the very top!
