Dr was in and out other then trying to up sell me she didn't ask if I had questions, didn't go over anything with me, etc it was not a great experience for me and I will not be returning.

DO NOT BUY THIS Groupon. I bought a photo facial package of two. On my first visit the aesthetician talked me into buying an additional package for my chest. On my second visit they canceled my appointment. The aesthetician had an emergency and was gonna be out for over a month. I rescheduled and on the day of my appointment they had the doctor treat me because again the aesthetician was out. The treatment on my face was great, but the doctor severely burned my chest. In addition she went straight across where the towel was located so I had a distinct line on my chest that was discolored. I called the office and was told to come in. I explained that I needed to get my kids from school and I could come right after that buy it might be right at 5 or a few minutes later. I was informed the office closed at 5. I sent photos of my chest to the office and heard not communication from then on what I should do. On my next regular appointment, again they called and moved my appointment up two hours or they were going to cancel my appointment. I went and was treated, The doctor realized what she had done and offered to fix/ touch up the "V" area the was omitted the first time. I called and set up and appointment. The called the day of to confirm. One hour later when I was driving to the appointment they cancelled on me and rescheduled to the following week. The next week I drove all the way to the office (45 minutes) and when I got there the doctor had "an emergency." They had tried to call me, of course they called my home phone instead of my cell after I had left for my appointment. This office is very poorly run, with zero regard for patient care. They will cancel on you for no reason. I am now let with a two tone chest and am going to have to pay to go elsewhere to try to fix the problem. I believe that any good reviews came from the period of time before the aesthetician left temporality (over 3 months ago).
