I got microneedling. The experience was subpar. It is one room with a bed and paper on it. The lady didnt explain anything she was doing, nor put any numbing cream first. I walked out looking just like I walked in. She did not put any spf on my face after the session either. The whole experience was uncomfortable. I will not be going back. I feel bad writing a negative review but it is earned

I purchased a package of 3 microneedling sessions. I don’t think Caro used any numbing cream before starting the procedure. However, she was very gentle. I hope I see an improvement after the 3 sessions. Especially, with my acne scar. Caro, did put SPF after the procedure.
