Friendly staff and dentist. Clinic is small but clean and pleasant.

I had been coerced to make a positive review right on the spot while at office. They did a decent job, but made me feel bad about using a Groupon and didn’t give 30-day whitening kit. They gave me three days. They also tried to scam for more money and make another appt cleaning. I wouldn’t waste the time or money unless your in a bind and if you do, expect little from the front office or staff.

I used the Groupon on 2018-04-16 at the 1400 North Westmoreland Road, Dallas location. They Scheduled me at 4.15 pm, unbeknownst to me they close at 5pm. I felt rather rushed. Furthermore, after doing the examination and X-rays, the dentist said she couldn't complete the cleaning because I needed a deep cleaning at an extra cost of over $500. I opted not to have the deep cleaning. The dentist, who only works there on Mondays did not even attempt to clean my teeth but only buffed the enamel. She did this unwillingly for she wanted to do the deep cleaning, and since it was a prepaid service, they had to do something to justify what I paid. Days later, came back to my regular dentist. She examined me and run X-rays. The conclusion was for me to have a regular cleaning for I do not have any periodontal disease. The groupon for this medical centre is a fishing technique to attract people, frighten them and up-charge for an unnecessary service. Save your money, time and peace of mind.
